Ok first of all u should try to follow the SBS rules in bus
numbering. it is for seeable that SBS will number this bus service
as svc 1 or 4 or 5 if it goes from pasir ris.
numbering it service 20 means u want the service to pass by shenton
way which does not happen in any of your routes.
svc 20 will be reserved for a bus that goes tampines - shenton
way.

via fideloo st
via Bedok south ave 1, east coast road -> 608's route ->
shenton way, chinatown -> Jln bt merah, queensway, Commonwlath
ave, Ghim moh road. end
