hmm......no wonder it takes ages to print I flipped through past year guides and found that its Sdn Berhad from the 2002 version. This is rather weird........

Although i rarely use them, i would collect the official ones for fun and for reference and for records. Very Happy

They will probably only update it for next year's version. If they were to update for every change made to any service, then there would be lots of versions for a year's guide already.

Thank you. The new list sounds more logical.

Cheers and warm regards

But HG South closure is likely to be the only major change this year!

tranquilice SG

You are welcome. This is the official NEL station code found inside the "North East Line Guide".

I still remembered last time (perhaps year 1993) Transitlink provide supplementary guides for service changes in that year.

There was once in 1997 i think when 53 was extended to Changi Airport from Hougang St 22. It's a pity that i've lost it.... Sad

SBS9818A SG

If I'm not mistaken Sv. 53 was extended in 1996 or early 1997, because I have a 1997 guide which gives 53 Bishan - Changi Airport.

service_238 SG

If that's the case it's the 1996 Supp. Edition...

tranquilice SG

I have the 1992 and 2000 supplementary guides, the latter one is just a correction of errors.

tranquilice SG

Service 53 was extended to Changi Airport in 1995.

How to get the supp guides? I forgot how to obtain them... Sad

tranquilice SG

I got my 1992 copy from TL sale office, 4 months after release of the guide. As for the 2000 copy, it came together with the guide.

I know they are obtainable from TL sale offices but I dunno when to obtain them if there is any.

SBS9818A SG

If I'm not wrong it was just after TL Guide 1995 was released.

tranquilice SG

I think the extension is in April or May 95.

SBS9818A SG

And TL Guide is normally released in the first quarter, right?

tranquilice SG

Normally in March.

SBS9818A SG

This year's is early but its not the official version. Hope the LTA-approved one makes its way to bookshops and ticket offices in March.
