Perhaps all services at Jln Kayu will be integrated with those at Sengkang OR Punggol.

I do think so. Seletar airport and Seletar camp may be closed to make way for new developments as the Woodlands - Punggol MRT line will run thru the area. Also, a lot of SAF units have already shifted out of Seletar camp.

When the camp and airport is fully closed, then services 378 and 379 will be withdrawn, and service 103 may be extended to Punggol or Sengkang.

I was onboard a NEL train a few days back and a CSO (wearing light green uniform and black pant) onboard the train told me about the Woodlands - Punggol MRT line.

The airport WILL NOT be closed. Sv. 378 and Sv. 379 will remain but be extended together with Sv. 103 if Jln Kayu Terminal is closed.
