fallin SG I'd say build up your reputation lor. Don't do stupid things like declare war, make good suggestions, recruit people. I think these little things help if you're running.
Kenashi SG try adjusting n see what is yr citizens reaction. since they allow u to change tax rate at will, change until u find the one that is optimum for u my optimum tax rate is 16%.
