Simple, send him a PM stating that if you do not receive any payment within a specified time, you will cancel the trade.

Alternatively, you can check whether his Aid slots are free or is all 4 (5 if including Foreign Minstry) filled up. If it is filled up, its a high chance that you're being cheated.

Efficiency is calculatted by the following:

Nation Strength DIVIDED by the Number of days played.

And since Nation Strength is based on:

Land Purchased * 1.5 + Tanks Deployed * .75 + Tanks Defending * 1 + Cruise Missiles * 1.5 + Nuclear Purchased * 50 + Technology Purchased * 20 + Infrastructure Purchased * 3 + Actual Military * .10+ (aircraft rating totals * 5)

The ones in bold are the ones you will like to concentrate on. So pump up your NS, and you efficiency will increase.

Hint: Efficiency does not affect anything at all, so don't worry about it being low.. As you get stronger, definitely it'll go down.. Smile

Scroll down, and then imput the persons nick/nation team and search.

Voila all his aids comes up. Its nothing dirty I assure you. I use it to check on whether the nations I'm doing deals with; whether they are currently aiding nations that are in the big war or something like that. Smile
