Nelstar SG cafe cartel is not for me. if i want to serve myself, i go kopitiam to eat. if i want posh restaurant, i wont want to serve myself.

cornyfish2000 SG Only good thing about Cartel is that it's serving is relatively large (for instance, the pork chop or the ribs), compared to some other places for the same price. But ever since it's recent price increase, it's sole attraction is no longer there.
