She did gave you a choice if you really want to be together with
her, all you need to do is to convert.
Who asked you to abandon her and refused to convert?
Who asked you to use your relationship as bargaining chips to
argue with her?
If you had made up your mind not to be together with her and
lost the relationship due to your miscalculated gamble, why you
come here and whine about it?
Do you think you will be happier with her if you had AGREED to
convert?
If not, then why do you come here and whine when you have lost
your gamble after you have placed your relationship at risks, using
it as a bargaining chip against your girlfriend?
Maybe now you will learn something, BE PREPARED TO LOSE SHOULD
YOU THINK THAT YOU COULD USE YOUR RELATIONSHIP AS A BARGAINING
CHIP.
<<Who asked you to abandon
her and refused to convert?>>
I dun get since when TS said he abadoned her, he just merely dun
want to convert but to continue with the relationship.
<<Who asked you to use your relationship as bargaining chips to argue with
her?>>
i see no signs of bargaining, not even the word 'bargain' in the
starting post. i dunno where your idea of arguing and quarreling
coming from?
<<If you had made up your mind not to be together with her
and lost the relationship due to your miscalculated gamble, why you
come here and whine about it?>>
What is the gamble here? i see the starting post no head no
tail, just saying that the gf wanted him to convert and he refused
and that's it only. Like i say before, there must be a fire before
a smoke come out. either TS or the gf never come out tell us why
she never ask him to convert at the start of relationship, but in
the midst of it. Dun u find it strange?
Back to topic proper, what do u look for when you ask your
friend to become christian.
His/her physical body at the chruch , but with heart not at the
church?
His/her both physical body and heart is at church ?
Which do you prefer?
In TS's case, even if the gf managed to get him to convert, do
you think TS's heart will be at the church? Going into marriage,
sooner or later will cause strain, quarrels will occur over
religion,isn't lose-lose for both parties?
What is the essence of a relationship?
Just simply love each other for
what they are as you have mentioned.
Let me know if my post have offended you in anyway, as this is
one of first few time i tried to field out my thoughts and
opinions, and may not be as diplomatic as others do.
