Biblically?
There is only one requirement when administrating the Holy
Communion (that I know off), that which is... "do this in
remembrance of me" (Luke 22:19; read from verse 7 - 20 and also
1Cor 11:17-34)
but some may argue that it have to have the present of Christ (ie.
church setting) then can administer the Holy Communion (ie. The
Lord's supper).
Matthew 18:20
"For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with
them."
a statement made my our Lord Jesus, and my simple faith says, He
meant what He said...
