Notice the Lord didnt say - "with all your mind ? or IQ ?"
Lastly, i think its not important to what "chim" people talks about
- its ALL important what the Lord talks about - to YOU.

Sorry abt this IQ thing. It's prob not IQ but God's inspiration
by the Holy Spirit. Maybe spiritual IQ or SQ.
But God did say to love Him with all our hearts, souls,
minds, & strengths in the first commandment.
Also Paul said to renew our minds by the Word of
God daily. I dont have bible verses w me so pls confirm if i am
correct.
Anyway, many times dont understand what God is talking abt but now
much better. I was blinded but i now i see better.
