hmmm... then there were octane levels up to about 150..
the stuff was used in F1 cars... costing up to about US$100 per
litre (and they went through about 295 litres a race!)
after a while, the prohibitive cost of the stuff led to the smaller
teams being totally left behind... and they made a ruling that the
teams have to use the fuel available at the petrol stations
