Yar they've got a fixation with small, petite faces. Another
gadget for slimming the face face was this face cover to use in a
bath. It's fixed to a shower cap, and covers the head to steam it,
so that after your face sweats, it becomes slimmer.
Also got a kinda nose grip, to sharpen the nose.
