thats not a fair comparison. the evo shd be compared with the
STi, which is actually around 10k cheaper than the evo x GSR 5MT.
the base rex which costs 30k less is putting out a "mere" 225 hp
which is in no way similar in terms of performance with the
evo.
the best way to tell the evo x from the other lancers, IMO, is to
look at the seats. now got bodykit specialists selling the full evo
x conversion (bumpers, fenders, side skirts, spoilers) for only
$650 so external cues can be deceiving. but the new recaros found
on the evo x are hard to come by and would cost a bomb to import
(talking about at least 4k for one pair). this is true unless u
happen to chance upon a evo x RS, which does not come with the
recaros.
