Low rope can juggle between strength & technique, unlike the
ROC version which must demonstrate arm power all the way.
To "cheat" more with technique, crunch "fetally" as much as
possible whenever lifting your lower body upwards. Then knot the
rope quickly with your foot, to minimize the strain on your stomach
muscles. Straighten your body immediately, before repeating the
whole process again.
The regular sit-ups in PT lessons can already improve your
endurance here, so no "need" for extra push-ups "help". Just master
the technique & try to hit the top with the minimum knots (3?)
decisively every time. Any extra knot will only lengthen your
timing & tire you unnecessarily.
