I think I will give the same advice as everyone else.

THIS IS NOT FROM MEDICAL POINT OF VIEW - THIS IS MY OWN OBSERVATIONS

1. You want to worry, go ahead. worry until you so tired that you fall asleep.
2. Sometimes just heck care everything, and tell yourself that if all go wrong then so be it.
3. PM Gedanken for help. He is the psychologist here. With a doctorate to boot too. (HE entertain you or not, this one I don't know. Personally, I think he has already read this thread from top to bottom like me)

Anyway I neglected to mention this. You can continue on fluvoxamine in camp, it will not affect you eg make you tired.

But even if you run out of medicine, it will not make you overly dangerous either, as fluvoxamine is a rather mild drug (you did not tell me your dosage level?)

Again I repeat what I said in my PM, tell your MO you are on fluvoxamine. Let him decide what to do next, or tell him you are on fluvoxamine but just ran out of medicine and see what he says.

Just go in like everyone else, and experience the BMT lifestyle first hand. There was this guy who suffer from Schizoprenia and he went through BMT just the same.

If you're looking for advice, tips and whatsnot, the whole of this forum already provided you with more than enough to get by.

i hope some of u pple here do understand tt such problems are not a joke. u all think tt it is something which u can turn on and off and always say " why do u worry so much? just stop worrying!!"dun u all know tt sometimes its not in our control? For people whu haf constant worrying thoughts, y is it tt pple whu dun haf anxiety disorder dun seem to understand tt u cnt juz snap out of the anxiety phrase in a second? its a serious problem and takes time in healing. i am tired of pple saying juz snap out of it. The people that don't get this have no idea how i feel, this feeling is awful.

EVERYONE has anxiety in their lives... which yes is true.... but there is a major difference between having anxiety and having an anxiety disorder....

I respect the fact that you're misfortunate to suffer such medical condition; and not once I see you as a laughing stock or treat your condition as a joke.

The point I want to raise is that, there are others whom suffer worse medical conditions than you. And if they could pull through the NS sh.it, so could you.

You recognize the fact that you suffer from anxiety disorder and you came to this humble forums for advices; people were kind and they gave you some advices and encouragement.

There is only so much, we could do for you; we could tell you. You understand your condition well; if you need the extra medication, get it. If you need the extra counselling, get it. At the end of the day, it's only you who can help yourself... So snap out of the self-sympathy, learn to control your excessive worrying and take it on the chin like everybody else.
