personally, in my opinion, I feel that today's rain may be
artificially created, via cloud-seeding method. because, it's
really a coincidence. I'm talking about the last rain. When the
last rain started, the procession just started. It's only towards
the end after the procession went into NUS that the rain
stopped.
Or maybe, the sky is indeed crying, as it witness the passing of
Mr Lee Kuan Yew.
Rest in peace, Mr Lee Kuan Yew.
