i dun see anything wrong, the same supplier that supply the
books oso print the poster for SAF. As this is a poster, there
shouldn't be any classified information. Also, unless SAF stipulate
in the agreement that all excess be destroyed, otherwise, there is
no stopping them from using it to wrap books.
at least its not being used for other purposes, eg: wrap fish or
floor protector for painting
