What happened in my unit once was that all specialist have to go
for a Commander's training conducted by RSM.
So the officers have to fill in the Specialist roles...
so happened that when they were going to conduct a training, there
was a surpirse audit by GSI.
all hell broke loose after since the officers did not foresee and
"skipped" to check the routine checks specialist would have done
for them.
Coy 2IC, OC, S3 and CO all got a good one from GSI. they stayed
tiill 8pm to give these ppl a good one.
