I say the Toyota Hilux.

Look at the world.. everyone uses it.. from warlords in africa to the terrorists in the middle east. easily modified.. ppl movers and easily adaptable.

Ah so... Actually Singapore also have. I always wonder how the uncle know where they is straining going on. He must be on G3's, TRADOC or is it G6's mailing list. :-)

Actually how about the newer LR models. Replace the bodywork with sterner metal, strengthen the chasis to give it more off road ability and probably a select the higher powered engines. Should more than meet our needs.

I don't think it's the Toyota. Laughing They remind me of the old blue pick-ups favoured by construction companies of old.

But these vehicles just don't have the same off road capability lah. Sat on one (vehicle comd and driver damn shiok, got air-con Very Happy ), really nice on road, but off road, with every serious rut or bump, I'm half convinced the tire or some other major part is going to fall off.

lol! This kind of cars depends twin cab or not... or King cab ones , the driver n passenger damn relax with air con.. the ones sitting behind and the ones at the back in the open gonna feel the pain sitting down. Standing up u will feel like u gonna be tossed out anytime one.. offroad is damn fun also. fun for the driver of course LOL!

I like these vehicles a lot.. too bad Singapore does not bring in these variants. The Hilux is only available in Single Cab 2WD/4WD here.

Those are American versions. I am sure u can get the Nissan Frontier in ? that not bad also . most powerful 4X4 to date.

The Hilux is the Singapore/Australia version, made in Thailand.We only have the Single Cab though..

Frontier here looks like a chao gu niang lor.

That one is the low spec... i dun think that one is 4X4 even.. not sure but the one i know looks like this.
