hMz...is it? Do not know about others...For me, i'll rather go for SOC test than SOC training...for SOC, it'll be over in just max. 10mins...but SOC training, it's never going to end in 10mins time.... Laughing

Run down is still ok.....think the most 'xiong' n jialatz one is after the ramp station...one jump from the ramp n have to run again...

Low wall quite easy....since it's LOW....just a single burst jump will do....Just take a deep breath when u approach the low wall, n do a burst jump...should be able to do it....

Rope...almost similar concept as overcoming low wall, deep breath, burst jump n climb... Laughing

Yes, I agree. That's the most difficult part for me. Everytime after I land from the ramp I get into this squatting position and somehow I just don't feel like getting up and running again. It's always a struggle to force myself to run again after clearing the obstacles.

i clocked 7.40mins for my SOC test.

throughout my NS, I never over 8mins for all my SOC Tests.

1.5km SOC is nothing, chicken feet for my unit ppls.

you should try 5km SOC for Cpl rank and 10Km SOC for Ldrs rank.
