Raising the Speed limit has been brought up many times already
to HQ S&T.
Especially since alot of Road's have their Speed limits increase,
but answer is this.
Alot of our Drivers are Young and Inexperience NSFs, Thus the Speed
Limit is kept at 50km/h.
Yes, you may complain that it's 'harder' to drive at 50km/h with
all the faster moving traffic around you but at least you have
lesser chance to do something fatal or reckless.
