I am not sure about the first question. If I recall correctly,
the position of the flags as I have seen from SAFTI MI are RSN,
State Flag, SAF, Army, RSAF, Unit Flag of SAFTI.
The second one is easy. State Flag should always be on the left of
the observer, followed by Presidential Standard (if any), SAF,
Army, RSN, RSAF.
A simple way to remember this arrangement is that it follows the
chronological order in which the services were formed. This is also
reflected in the arrangement of the Guard-Of-Honour (Army, Navy,
Air Force) for SAFDP and NDP.
