i learnt one thing in the army..Dun try to intervene too much
when you get posted somewhere or downgraded..Best thing to do is to
go with the flow...when you try and block the river, the water will
simply overflow and the village downstream will still eventually
suffer a worse flood..Analogically speaking..
If you're downgraded, fine.Live with it and be happy, for lotsa
soldiers spend their whole army life trying to get it..Its only for
2.5 years , do the best you can and ORD in peace.The pros are there
for a reason MOs, etc and other ppl. Since they wanna downgrade
you, try not to fight, unless you are prepared to live with the
peripheral consequences.Its something hard to explain but i've
friends who've gone through it.Its not very nice...
