when u buy u have to check the dosage
how many mg (strength of the supp according to how much ur body
need or can take a day)
how many capsules per bottle
need to be taken how many times a day
sometimes those asspensive ones need only 1 time a day, each
time 1-2 capsules
those cheaper one u need to take 2 times day..... so will finish
faster.....
usually i divide out and check the cost per day
ya.. i know.. different mg different dosage..
on the box did state how many to take per day..
