the problem is i got no more leave cos i oredi took watever i can this year, i even took all my mc. tat show how much i really dread working here man. i work at my nite job for hald a year liao, only couldn't work like 3 or 4 times, and its eitehr i'm sick or i got dinner, nothing crappy one lor. unlike working here, i geng every mc i can man.

how, i wanna leave badly. so if i go 2 weeks earlier, then the 2 weeks i work here i wun be paid.

Hey Keisha,

If it's worded in your employment contract that you have to give one month notice, you'll have no choice but to serve it. Is it stated in your employment contract?

And if you really want to go earlier, got to pay back your company unless your new employer is willing to buy you out.....is it possible to negotiate something like that?

Even if you have leave to utilise, if the company decides not to grant your leave, you'll also be left with no choice.....very sad but true....

Juz cruise along lor, I'm in the same boat as you......really detest where I'm right now getting tons of sh1t fm boss too.....can really sympathise..... Neutral

err..i'm sorry kitten, kinda confused here.
actually, when did u give them ur resignation letter ?
i supposed we should tell our company at least one month before our resignation (that's my comp. policy).
so if u wish to quit ur job at early january 2004, that means u should tell them at least on december 1, 2003.
and if they have approved, there's no way they can hold u any longer in the company, moreover not paying you. Confused
well..unless u are not a permanent employee and you are on the contract with them.
