i tendered on 26th dec, tats the day i got my pay n aws. if i
were to tender any earlier, i'm sure they wun give me my aws.
i noe its common pratise to serve your one month notice. but asking
for an earlier date can be approved one lor, correct? i told them i
got a new job waiting for me, and i dun wanna miss this job.
now they firmly say no, and say if i wanna leave earlier, then pay
back lor.
n no, my new emplyer will be be buying me out. cos its not a high
position where by they will need me badly.
i dunno, i juz wanna leave, like now!
