Hello everyone, for panel they will most likely ask about
1. Leadership, reflect on your past experience in school, CCA's,
and if any, your BMT experience to see how these have developed
your professional and command abilities.
2. Motivation. You may have many motivations but there are a
specific few that made you choose to pursue a career as a SO.
Reflect on your train of thought and discover which core driving
factors will enable you to push on in the face of adversity.
3. Different people get different questions, some get situation
questions some get questions pretaining to your eassy.
4. Update yourself on current affairs etc.
MOST IMPOTANTLY when speaking to the board members, you are doing
yourself a disservice if you state what you think they "want to
hear." Don't pre-form your answers but internally re-affirm your
commitment because it is what's best for you. Be true to
yourself.
