Can someone advise what is IPPT like? Is it the standard 5 stations - situps, 2.4km, shuttle run, SBJ, inclined pullup for females and pullup for males?

What is expected of you in swimming as well? e.g., Able to tread water and perform lifesaving procedures?

28 August - Psychologist Interview (Call from PPSD - 64784484)

1 Oct - Panel Interview (Call from recruitment to confirm date, followed by email)
