guys, i dun think e selection of NSPI r base on ur race. there r
lotsa preception that if u r a malay,e chances of u gettin into the
OCT r higher. im a NSPI once, and during my time, 3quarter of my
squadmates are chinese. so i dun think race is an issue as an
NSPI.
i tried asking some regular senior officers on how do they
select NSPI. most of them said is the performance during BMT at
tekong, ur o'level english result, and also your family background
records. but i dunt noe how accurate dis is. some believe that your
posting are pre-determined during the IQ test we took at CMPB
during medical checkups. and confirmed if you met the criteria at
BMT (IPPT and Situational test).
wateva it is, whichever posting u get, make full use of your NS
life by learning as much as you can... :)
