insurance or ask to cliam from workmen com and so on.

Tell your friend to speak to a decent lawyer and go from
there. He should also not be signing anything that will ruin
his future in that company. Eg, liability waiver or
something. Whatever he need to sign, he need to ask the
lawyer first..
