heheh sinicker... I know who you are... you are ,or were my PS in platoon 1... Not sure if you know me though... lol.. anyways... thanks for everything over...

joeacid SG

u PES C9L2? Hmm.. 105/106 intake?

Hm... i think u'll be in Bravo. Hmm... about your voacation. For PES C9, since u have no IPPT, i'll say u can be in Clerk/Info-comm/Driver/Storeman. Since u're PES C9, so its restricted. About MP3 players and any other valuable, u can bring them, but losing it will cost your pocket to burn of coz. Try not to bring things that are too valuable, bcoz u hav to be mentally ready to lose them.
^-^ Btw, i'm from PES C9L2 too. 104th intake from Alpha.

Omg.. onli this few vocation nia.. wakaka... ok loh.. anyway.. is there 2 weeks confinement in the SCDF??

dumbdumb! SG

Go ERS!!

brtc really relaxed la. i've seen the recruits nowadays just sit down read book when they are holding light duty.. my time cannot lor..

their instructors and PTIs are their friends like that.

haha.. really different Wink

joe_cole SG

what is the current ERS batch in trainin now eh?? 27th ERS?

SMRT Buses SG

Nope, there's no 2 weeks or watever crap confinement for CD...book in on the tuesday & you'll get to book out on the friday evening & you must book in on sunday nite Wink

joeacid SG

Ya only a few vocation for PES C9. There's no confinement for SCDF recruits unless you have guard duties or you gt extra (Guard Duty oso lar). But its nothing much actually, juz walk ard the whole brtc with shifts.~ Btw, brtc stage is the most enjoyable stage in SCDF, enjoy it while u can.... i dun understand when my seniors told me this when i was a recruit but now i'm 10000000% agreeable to his words haha.

psk_ash SG

wakaka!!! sorrie for late reply...

well.. i onli left with a few days more.. to jalan bahah liao... wakaka!!!wish me good luck inside man..

SMRT Buses SG

Dun worie so much, the camp that you're going to be enlisted in will be so much better than the old camp Wink

dumbdumb! SG

agreed man. i hated the football field. wet and muddy, and i heard there were severe hauntings.

be careful of encik thong. he's really cranky and grumpy, but with a really good heart. Mr. Green

psk_ash SG

ohh... there are severe huantings?? like??? somemore in the field... hmm... pontianak?

dumbdumb! SG

there's this small yellow house under bravo block with some offerings and stuff.

i heard someone suicided there, and they built this house to honour him or something.

and dunno which floor in charlie block (above bravo) got candyman. they sealed up that level or something.

and in the SRB block, the DB area always got weird sounds of people weeping and stuff.

at that time the set up was really bad la. really like 1960 kinda set up, so its abit creepy.

and once i heard these 2 ppl went to do prowling, took a rest at the canteen. then one of them stun, and pointed behind his friend and whispered "lets go" then later he said he saw a red lady smiling at him, behind his friend

psk_ash SG

er... wat u mean by candyman.. wakaka... wah.. scare me baby...

dumbdumb! SG

it's some malay spirit.

that's the old camp la, the new camp's pretty alright. i've not seen anything in the old or new camp before.

but when you go to civil defence academy to train, that's a different story. my bunk got problem. when you go ERS then i tell you.

Superbus SG

The old BRTC's been turned into another Sheng Siong shopping haven. Neutral

dumbdumb! SG

issit? i heard they giving it to police or smth. or become hostel or smth, i forgot Confused

Superbus SG

Yeap. The lease from the Police has expired. There's also a police station and a student hostel within the compound if I remember correctly.

joe_cole SG

Just a question people. Is it true that you will ‘automatically’ qualified to be an ERS if you are a Diploma Holder?

SMRT Buses SG

Countdown 5 more days to those who are enlisted on the 9th

psk_ash SG

wah... near already... make me abit nervous le.. shit...
realli dunno wat i going to do down there... wakaka

have one question to ask... the training start from wat time till wat time?? got suddenly wake up in the middle of the night one ma???

SMRT Buses SG

You've got to check the daily schedule placed on the notice board by your instructors & during my time, it starts from 5.30am till about 5.30pm & daily water parade & night snacks will be held...
