We should not place flammable object outside our flat. We should
call EMSU to clear away flammable objects
such as newspaper, pamphlets and clothes found discarded at common
areas such as lift landing, staircase landing and void deck.
Because loanshark runners may pick up such items to set up fire at
their targeted flat.
Look out for strangers carrying bag at common areas of your
HDB block. Take note of their attire and
descriptions. Call Police when we sensed something fishy.
Seek assistance from Resident Commitee and Town Council to
install CCTV inside the lift.
