yea, a merger is very possible in our lifetime.
even if the economy gets back up to its feet, the middle east
airlines which copied SQ's strategy to a certain extent will serve
to pose a huge threat to them, simply because of geographic
location, and that is something that SQ cannot change.
I agree. Delta's white/blue colour scheme doesn't hold a candle
to NWA's silver/red livery.
What was weird, though, was seeing an ex-NWA 744 in Delta
colours. Delta hasn't had a 747 in its fleet since 1976.
