how do you jot down when you are having a conversation with your
friends or colleagues? you mean you jot down everything conversed
lol, thats impossible, unless you record it down using a tape
recorder or hp recording.
I mean what is the big deal in repeating isnt it. its not like I
am telling the person 10 or 20 times already and that person dun
remember. wonder what on earth these people are thinking of when
they say, I told you already or before. that is a real
conversation killer.
I take out my phone and start typing important info 
It's my habit, Jacky. As long as information comes in,
just store it in phone and process later on laptop.
