If thats the case, the credit card companies in singapore will all have to close downno joke man, it's a common theft method around the world. Cash is best....

Most credit card companies these days have enough security features on hand, like if a transaction above 100 bucks is detected, it'll send you an SMS stating the transacted amount, warning you, and if you think it is fraudulent, reply/call the bank to stop it.

how long did it take for them to refund you the money?

took about 2-3 wks. but i did get back my full sum and it never happened again since then.

I called up the police officer in-charge last night to hurry up the progress and asked her if i can liase the case with the bank myself, she said it's ok for me to do so.

Anyway, i just called to posb, the person in-charge said she has not obtained the full video of all the involved atms, can only reply to me by next week. what i can do now is to sit back and wait lor.

Do you know if a atm camera operates 24 hours or it is only start shooting when someone slot in their card in its mouth??

why they show the cctv to you instead of to the police?

why is that the police have not yet obtained the cctv to view?

I also dunno, the woman in the bank said she could get the video only by next week to view the whole incident. Anyway, i will update u guys again.
