That is kind of a vague description. What is 'seeing what
happens'? There has to be mindfulness of every single moment.. not
sure if that is what you meant.
I can only do this in a vacation where I slack all day.
You can do it everyday. Take about 30 minutes each day (you
certainly have that amount of time each day) to do formal
meditation. Then even when typing on forum you can be mindful. For
example just now I kind of lost my mindfulness and became lost in
the content of my thoughts.
Suddenly, I became mindful and I just 'wake up' from the content.
There continues to be feeling of subtle inner resistance and
tension like nervousness even though I am no longer thinking of my
previous thoughts. But with mindfulness my mind is not tricked into
creating further content or more resistance to these feelings, and
one simply investigates the reality of these feelings. Gradually
these subtle resistance passes away.
This is just an example. Be grounded in reality, and mindful moment
to moment in your daily life.
