yeah! feel relieve dat i no longer seeing pple i dun want to see. but 5 days of being jobless make me think negatively about myself... how i am such a fail...

Yea, she is quite a good and fair manager, that I have to say. That's why I was shocked when I heard that she "succumbed" to whatever rubbish my evil colleague said.

Regardless of what happened, I cannot find it in my heart to forgive my colleague (even after my manager has already talked to him and decided to make us share the workload of the project). Who knows if I give in I will be backstabbed again in the future? Confused

backstab is where u "killed tat person" or "u critically injured tat person" to get to yr motive but not suka suka anyhow poke poke people...

Wat yr collegue is doing is rather stupid... he hurt other people and at the same time, he hurt himself...
If I m not wrong, jobs is either u do or he do... if u dont do, he must do... if he dont do, u must do... So, he complain to the boss, thus making the boss confirm tat both of u r all free.... And good lor, more work for both of u lor...

btw, he is not getting any benefits from the above....

ok lah.. cannnot say stupid lah... must say inexperience... usually, colleagues should take care of each other... forming a resistance towards their superior...

well.. at least ur manager is being... a manager. =P its all about team work. But if someone cant do it..affecting others ability to perform.. someone has to go. I made quite a few ppl kana sack. But thats one of the ways to maintain order in a 'fair' way.

I believe that you are doing the same amount of work as your new colleague. But since he is new, he can't do things as fast or efficiently as you...so maybe he has more overtime and gets upset naturally. Have to look at both sides of the picture ya? Tell ur boss to hire a temp to ease the workload until ur newbie colleague gets the hang of things.

nah, he is not new. He has been here for nearly a year already, while I have been here for slightly more than a year. He and I are in different departments actually, but still there will be needs for us to cooperate sometimes when it comes to certain project.

I agree his workload is quite heavy, so is mine, so if he wants to ease his workload he doesn't need to push the shit to me ma. He can just suggest that my manager get another person to help us handle or something.

Well, one thing about him which almost everyone in the company knows is that he has a big mouth and likes to say things without considering the consequences. It causes a lot of awkward moments and it has happened before as well, but I managed to be patient and tolerant about it until now. But what happened yesterday was the last straw. Evil or Very Mad

I already made it so that he has to share the workload with me in this new project le. But we are both doing different parts of it, so won't need to communicate together much. Of cos he is displeased with this, but too bad it is my boss' final decision liaoz Laughing

my current team is quite cohesive
until a new ger came

At first, we thought she was those very innocent. Until recently, she start to challenge everybody and turn very cunning.

All of us quite shock and so frustrated with her. Start to boycott her.

She went around telling everybody that she is very busy at work and nobody understand. Most of us handle her a/c before and noe what is the workload like. In less than 2 months, she had tender 5 times. Everytime when my team leader try to give her new things to do, she tender.

People who don't know the truth start to sympthasize her.

The most ultimate thing she did yesterday was to go to the MD's secretary and told her that the entire team gang up and bully her. She felt that there is no freedom of speech and no freedom in work here.

We hope she leave faster!
