i think hor, juz the particulars are not enough leh..
muz also remove those questions at the end of the application form,
such as
1) Are you suffering from any illness?
2) Have you ever declared bankrupt?
3) Have u ever been summoned to court blah blah..
especially for the first one, i really duno should i fill in
or not.. what does 'illness' mean?
