Precisely! Even Anderson Cooper was stumped. He
isn't one for theatrics, but you could tell he was a bit
astounded.
I'm just wondering if they mean 'cool' as in 'bo chup'? In
that respect, we would be pretty spot on because whenever
Singaporeans witness something happening in public, the tendency is
to look away and bo chup and quickly remove oneself from the
situation instead of speaking up and/or lending a hand.
