the spices are in a green packet that I buy from the
butcher at glenelg
that is my 心得 ooops
now that i dun have glenelg closeby, i make do and
put McCormic salt free all purpose seasoning and lots of
coriander seeds, plus salt, on both sides of chop
and pan-fry 3-5 min each side
