in 10 yrs our population increased by 33% leh LOL
and as I was talking to pinky bear ytd, e ERP & COE issue is
another scam tat created traffic havoc
reduce COE but increase ERP to let ppl own cars.. so naturally
ppl would start using them - maybe that never came into e scholar's
mind
reminds me of cig as well... kept on increasing cig prices, so
ppl dare to smuggle cos of e high price diff w/ M'sia.. so end up
gahmen dun receive a single cent and gotta spend $$ on
enforcement
but in reality the increase was PRs and foreigners.
