i buy that in bulk for my back 
at $3.80 for the pack of 3, it's very expensive but i'm stuck
with it as i'm allergic to methyl salicylate.. an ingredient in
almost every other koyok...
there's another which is scary but damned effective.. it's got a
chilli on a brown pack.. you have to remove it and let the skin
rest for 60 to 90 minutes before you can go shower else you're
going to BURN...
