i like high BTU burners..
and deep freeze freezers...
these things are practical things people don't look for in
kitchens.. but when they start using their pretty kitchen, they
realise they've gotten a very expensive kitchen capable of cooking
instant noodles only 
For wok cooking the way it was meant to be, there's no other way
but high BTU burners. 
For a while, I was toying with the idea of getting a separate
freezer because I committed the error of buying a small
fridge. I forgot that I would just be cooking for one and
it's practical to freeze portions of food for later. Because
of my limited freezer space, I end up cooking, freezing the stuff,
and eating the same ol' for the next few meals! Sian!
