elindra SG Well, I'm not a fan of blue cheese on it's own but it does add this 'ooomph' to certain dishes and baked pasta taste really good with some blue cheese. Don't overdo it but adding a little adds alot to the flavor. Actually I think another good way to eat blue cheese is to wrap it up in lettuce and eat it. It helps cut out the pungent smell and flavor which alot of people cannot take

the Bear SG they tout the "goodness" because it is based on the old broccoli.. the one that smells like sewerage... monsatan and others have genetically engineered the smell out of the current broccoli.. and guess what? it's that stench that gives it the "health attributes" anyway... how healthy can things be if they make you retch your guts out?
