Fatum SG broccoli doesn't smell like sewage ... they are delicious ... I like them stir-fried in oyster sauce too ...
elindra SG erhmm slab of dead cow? Seriously for steak itself it is more on the sauce to go with the steak. What seperates a good steak from a bad steak is the sauce and the quality of meat
shinta SG besides the ingredient can i just get a saucepan and grill it? and the sauce... those ready made worchester sauce can?
rainee SG I love broccoli...loves it cos it is crunchy to munch Usually when I cook it, it will be wif the oyster sauce...
elindra SG Worcestershire sauce is to be added to the black pepper sauce etc to enhance the taste not to add as a table sauce to the steak HP sauce is a table sauce which can be poured on the steak like ketchup
shinta SG oh! den hw to make those sauce? if steak no sauce can? i like mine w/o =p cos sometimes the sauce covered the beefy taste...
elindra SG You don't have to add the sauce if you don't want to HP Sauce? Just buy it from the supermarket. They sell them in bottles with the word HP listed on it. Or if you are lazy just buy one of those brown gravy powder mixes which you can buy from Cold Storage
Wanda SG Can HP sauce be substituted for worcestershire sauce in cooking? What about A1 sauce, Elindra? Is it like HP sauce? Thanks.
Rhonda SG I don't know the answer to your question, cause I've not used them before, but a quick way of finding out is to read all the ingredients labels on the bottles and that quick comparison should give you a good idea of whether they are sama-sama or not. I am crazy over my ingredients labels. I read them religiously. Before a condiment passes my quality control, it has to undergo my scrutiny of the ingredients label one.
