fudgester SG Well, the way I see it, it's better to prepare for the contingency that I may get mugged than to take no preparations at all. And there's always the chance that the mugger might be in a state of anxiety and just ask me to hand him my wallet and handphone... without knowing that I've got many other places for me to hide my money as well as a spare handphone. I'll also try my best to blend in and not stand out as a tourist.... though I figure that I stand out in KL as much as Michael Jordan would in a crowded marketplace in China.
Meia Gisborn SG Fridays are usually pretty dead in the office, so I took the opportunity to sneak off with a couple of colleagues for breakfast at Mickey's Diner in downtown St. Paul right after I got into work this morning. fudgester SG In other news, the disposable dehumidifier that I keep in my toiletries cabinet somehow leaked. Not just leaked - burst would be a more appropriate term. I had to spend a lot of time wiping up all that aqueous calcium chloride solution and washing it off my toiletries (shaving cream, shaver, etc etc....)
fudgester SG No idea. Would totally not be surprised if it were made in China. I think I'll just switch to those reusable ones that use silica gel as the dehydrating agent.
