i went once.. 9 years ago.. it was a wonderful week of races Very Happy

if singapore gets the F1, it'll be great.. and i hope they make it as good as the Melbourne one

I would say that it's pretty safe to cycle here.

So long as you're careful, of course. Once while I was cycling along Changi Coast Road an 18-wheel trailer the size of Optimus Prime quite literally brushed against me. Shocked

Wow, 9 years ago... that had to be the 2nd or 3rd year since F1 started in Melbourne (Albert Park), if I am not mistaken.

I have been here for over 10 years now but I have never thought of going to the Grand Prix. It's the same for the Tennis (Australian Open). Rather just watch it on TV at home.

I went to see the Commonwealth games (Badminton & Squash) though.

Just make sure you wear reflective vest so that the motorists can see you.

I am surprised you didn't get "sucked in" by the passing trailer. It depends on the speed though....
