sbst275 SG Ok... The 2 thought the passport was stamped aft paying the PLUS toll at the old road... So they were arrested w/o a stamped visa when they were going back... Apparently, the were charged and jailed immeditately w/o defence or whatever
the Bear SG i think there is more to things than that... the malaysian courts could get into trouble if the story is to be believed.. no due process, no checking, nothing.. basically they are punishing others for their own mistake..
