These days, putting the laundry room upstairs is very popular
since that's where dirty laundry is generated. One doesn't have to
haul the laundry up and down the stairs. But on the other hand, if
the washer should spring a leak, then to quote Steve Irwin,
"danger, danger, danger". The development is giving us a tray for
the washer to sit on, just in case.
