harlow harlow..hows the night and day peeps?

Rhonda SG

Awww... *gives Lau one hug!

Lau, take care, hor! If you need to talk, we'll listen to you and give you encouragement and moral support. Wink

breytonhartge SG

anything I can pray for you for? Will pray for you anyway. Family issues are always hard. You've got my sympathy. Hang in there. Pm me if you need to talk.

Hope your grandma is fine. Did you fly or drive or take the bus?

Rhonda SG

No, you keep talking about the money every opportunity you can. I think Bear, elindra, av and I have spoken to you at length about it already.

If you still haven't gotten the point, then, forget it, CMI liao. You're just a student, still in school, don't even have any decent qualifications, and definitely no experience to boast of, and you're complaining of the allowance they give you when they're giving you an industrial attachment post to help you along with the experience bit? Rolling Eyes

jetta SG

Simi lang ka pager ah?

Rhonda SG

Laughing

laurence82 SG

yeah, money problem can be solved, career problem can be solved, friendship issues can be solved, but family and health...super sianz

hehe, just what i need, a missy.. Wink

hey hey, big thanks, i really appreciate it..besides hope, i also need the energy too..hehe

nope, its train, frigging six hours train ride

will be going again this saturday or so

breytonhartge SG

point being, your focus. A lot of younger people today have no understanding about money, how hard it is to make it and how valuable it is. This is beside the point.

Your friends are going to the beach, but how do you build up a career, you have to be ahead of your peers, you have to have vision and have to know the route you are going to take, if you friends are having fun now, they are not getting the experience, you are, so make the most of it. Get an idea of what you want to do and go for it.

breytonhartge SG

me don't envy you. the train is the worst... you going alone?

Ok, will pray for you. You just hang in there and pm me anytime, I will try to get back to you ASAP. Try not to think to much about it now, get some rest if you must, a good nights sleep usually lets you see things in a different light after.

laurence82 SG

that also remind me of my application for internship

hoe they approve my application to a internship in KL, otherwise, its resume typing time for me for this coming career fair

jetta SG

As they say...
penny wise, pound foolish
we all have to start somewhere, etc, etc...

breytonhartge SG

though some people never do...

breytonhartge SG

what field are you intering in? If you don't mind me asking...

jetta SG

What are the trains like these days? The last time I took a train to Msia I was 5. All I remember was it really shook up my internal organs. Laughing

jetta SG

Yah, like that bloody Paris Hil-bloody-ton. Mad

Rhonda SG

Yeah, hopefully stella will pay heed to what we're all trying to tell him here.

Sorry, I'm kinda harsh but we've spoken at length about this before. Razz

Anyways, stella, we bear no ill will whatsoever towards you... we just hope you'll learn the right things, the right attitude, the right values. Wink

breytonhartge SG

you don't say... i'd rather drive... at least you can stop for good makan along the way! Mr. Green

jetta SG

Eh, you want to die ah? Why you bring in makan? People here craving for a nice greasy plate of chai tow kuey, extra black, extra egg, you know....

breytonhartge SG

her father rich what... what to do?

jetta SG

Then I shall continue buying my megamillions tickets.

breytonhartge SG

eh don't curse me ok? rebukes the curse, I will live a long long time... !

There are quite a few good places you can stop for makan before you hit KL, then you still can have the food in KL as well... the chicken rice balls at malacca...
