Yeah!
But, from what my agent told me, she's seeing more and more locals
apply to go overseas to work as nurses. Previously, there were more
foreign nurses working here who applied. These days, she says even
some Nursing Officers (Sisters) have approached her for overseas
placement! 
The higher-up's are quite smug about the fact that every year, the
nursing schools here are able to recruit a few hundred nurses. But
they have forgotten this important and glaring fact - if they were
able to retain all the trained nurses, why would they need hundreds
of new nurses every year?!
